Always be Growing
This award celebrates the impact of a research democratization program I led. Pictured: UserTesting CEO and CRO, and UX Researcher, Kaitlin Tasker. I accepted the award at UserTesting's 2024 annual summit (Austin, TX) highlighting a project where designers and content strategists to conduct evaluative research using the UserTesting platform. We gained a more human-centered and inclusive design approach to virtual care.
I was selected to speak as part of Dovetail's *Insight Out* conference workshop in 2024. It was an engaging and fun time speaking about my experiences as a researcher and past ops lead.
I was selected to present my UX research at our Product-All team offsite in Santa Clara, CA in late 2023 to highlight the importance of the user experience in health enterprise tools. Over 100 product team members were in attendance (Product Management, UX Research, Design, Content, Ops).
